Hello to my 12 subs!
Bad news for those 2 of you who only subscribed to join the rundown.so waitlist... Im killing rundown already. More on that in a sec.
This post was inspired by positive feedback from my lead (and only) dev Osaro and Casey from listmint.io so shoutout to you guys.
I just updated the Net worth goal Progress chart. And it aint pretty. → interactive chart
To be clear, I never expected net worth to grow linearly with the "target". Due to the compounding nature of PMF I expect the chart to end up looking something like this:
If when i'm able to pull this off that is
The painful part is that there is 0 growth so far this year.
MRR has been pretty much flat at Drippi since January because we hit the dreaded churn wall. We've been adding 10k+ in new mrr each month, but churning just as much or more.
But I have a good feeling about the next 6 months. We're about to tap in.
Osaro has really started to hit his stride, giving me more time to think about how scale customer acquisition and reduce churn.
My current priorities are chad scaling Drippi to 100K MRR and beyond and starting a more optimal FFSR SaaS (Re: Reverse Engineering the Ideal SpeedRun SaaS)
My plan is to kill 2 birds with one stone. i want to build an internal customer success tool to help us get to sub 10% net revenue churn. then productize that tool

Last weekend I was randomly inspired to Test out Noah million dollar weekend. I started building out an mvp and built a landing page to do some initial validation. killed bc of low interest and low wallet vicinity.
Some things im experimenting with
- dev streams
- No Cheap dopamine assisted by app blocking
Protocol updates
- Updated the Sleep Protocol
- Tldr: Gave this another shot, with more intensity. Still not worth it.
- Removed the Sleep Protocol from the Ruthless Execution Protocol
